Medical Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Baltimore Medical Group dba Baltimore Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy. You are aware that your credit card will be charged for missed appointments in accordance with this policy.

Dear Patient/Client,

At Baltimore Medical Group dba Baltimore Aesthetics, we are committed to providing excellent care to you and all our patients. Your treatment and wellness are our top priorities. In order to maintain a schedule that respects everyone's time—including yours, your provider's, and other patients'—we have established the following policy.

Securing Your Appointment

To ensure we can dedicate our time and resources exclusively to you, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will have their $50 deposit retained as a credit for a future service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

"No-Show" and Late Arrival Policy

A "No-Show" is defined as any of the following:

Missing an appointment without any prior contact with our office.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. In this case, we may not be able to see you and will need to reschedule your visit.

The fee for a "No-Show" appointment is $150, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Your initial $50 deposit will also be forfeited and applied toward this fee.

Repeated Missed Appointments

We understand that emergencies happen. However, if a patient misses more than three (3) appointments (cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or "No-Shows"), Baltimore Medical Group dba Baltimore Aesthetics reserves the right to discharge the patient from the practice. This action is taken to ensure we can accommodate patients who are able to follow their recommended treatment plans.
